SUPPORT/WARRANTY
Whimsical Watches are covered by a one year warranty (from original purchase date) under normal use, against defective materials or workmanship with proof of purchase. Warranty is void if the watch is damaged by accident or unreasonable use or service. Whimsical Watches are not waterproof.
During the warranty period, Whimsical Watches Inc. will repair and/or replace (at our option), when the unit is returned with prepaid postage and $10.00 check or charge to credit card for handling. Under no circumstances will refunds be accepted.
